Darrell Guertin started the championship match striking to give himself a 266-185 victory over Dave DeBiase for his third NEBA win. Darrell won his first at the non-champs in 2006 and his other last June. Last tournament he was the runner-up at the Brunswick Tournament of Champions. Darrell was one of 36 bowlers who drove through the morning snowstorm to Wallingford bowl for the year end tournament.
