Alex Cavagnaro wins NEBA Title # 3, Fero Williams wins NEBA Title #1, and Paul Bajoski wins NEBA Title #1, winning the East Coast sports Investors Trios Event at Eat Providence Lanes in Rumford, RI, on Saturday, February 24, 2024.

We had 37 Teams (111 bowlers) competing in this year’s NEBA Trios event. We had eight teams advance into match-play finals. The team of Cavagnaro, Williams & Bajorski qualified First with a score of 2817 (plus 417), which meant they would bowl the number eight seed team of Mike Rose, Alex Aguiar, and Tiler Levesque and defeat them with a team score of 711 to 633. Advancing to the second round, they faced the winners of the event last year who were looking to repeat Tyler Hurne, Joey Transue & Jamyson Mathieu; however, they came up short, losing to Cavagnaro, Williams & Bajorski 683 to 660. Moving into the championship match, they faced and defeated the Brandon Vallone, Aaron Major & Nathan DeMello 639 to 614 team to capture this year’s title as the East Coast Sports Investors Trios Champions.

Our next tournament will be our Bowl Winkles Pro Shop Open, presented by Ace Mitchell, hosted at Bowlero HOF Silver Lanes in East Hartford, CT, on Saturday, March 16th, and Sunday, March 17, 2024.

This is also the third stop of the Paul Forry Memorial Cup Series, where the top 8 bowlers will qualify to participate for a chance in the $10,000 prize fund on Sunday. Thank you to the Forry family for all your support over many years.
