At Nutmeg Bowl in Fairfield, CT on October 30: John Zawlick won his first title with a 213-200 final match victory over 8-time champion Bill Webb. John shot amazing scores all day on the extremely challenging condition which produced all minus cuts. John averaged 230 in qualifying to lead the tournament. Nobody else averaged over 220. He won $1,600 and a spot in December's Tournament of Champions
