Email the photo to or write us for details on how to mail the photo at Info@BowlNEBA.com. A "headshot" or formal photo is preferred. A photo around the time of your first title is ideal. For those who have titles which span more than twenty years, two photos would be appreciated - one from your first win and a current photo.
